I have taken my start-up capital 2500 Gold and invested it in books of Glyph Mastery, Northrend Herbs, and Parchment. Not shown here are my two bankers, each with around 100 unsold glyphs. I have the materials alone to produce 2000 Gold worth of glyphs if I sell them for minimum pricing. My auction bankers usually sell for 2-3 times this amount, and that is undercutting most sellers on the ah by 40%. Oh yes, and the stacks of Snowfall Inks will return my missing 500 Gold.
Inscription has been expensive to research, but I am nearing an end to the need for that, and I can stop re-investing my gold into this.
Also, I have taken on an apprentice, and against my better judgment, rewarded him a business loan of 500 G to quickly level a trade profession. I realize that this is teaching him that money can be obtained without effort, but I required him to drop engineering to take up alchemy as my pupil. Consider it an insurance policy for him. If he cannot learn the mindset to make money by thinking smarter, then he has gold to re-learn engineering, if nothing else.
This will be my starting gold amount for this blog. Lets see how high my gold will rise.
